We are doing consulting service about efficiency improvement of highway construction and various operation and maintenance work and responding to shortening of construction period, work standardization, cost reduction theme by utilizing management techniques (mainly IE, VE and TRIZ).

＜"E"Railway Company, Construction Department＞

① In charge of lecturer (special field: innovation management, synthesis engineering and value creation engineering based on TRIZ) at the technical academy (1 year course for selective engineers).
② Teaching improvement methods mainly for on-site staff (station operation center) (small group activities).

We carried out the creation and planning of new business in the near future with the social environment macro analysis and the design thinking approach, and after that, we also performed feasibility study by intellectual property management and economic evaluation.

In the management cram school for executive candidates in the company, we designed the training on the systematic innovation approach and conducted training.

We conducted planning and operation of practical training related to process management and improvement etc. concerning production management for mid-level employees at the tohoku Plant (Miyagi prefecture).
Meanwhile, the Kansai Plant (Hyogo Prefecture) instructed a redesign project of an effective work standard linking 5S activities with the aim of reducing the defect rate in the film forming process.
